We a traditional rare breed farm specialising in “slow food” . We have a small herd of Pedigree Irish Moiled Cattle. The originator heifers were from Sam Smiley. Our cattle are entirely grass fed supplemented with our own hay throughout winter. We have a number of customers who purchase beef boxes and our local butcher Masseys of Saintfield sell and promote the beef. We also have free range Middle White and Tamworth pigs and Leicester Longwool and Oxford Down sheep.
