We are the Holmes family. We own a family run herd of pedigree Irish Moiled cattle established in 2020, with farming having been in the family for generations. The cattle graze over the beautiful and diverse land at ‘Grangemore’ that includes coastal Sandune and Saltmarsh habitats on the banks of the River Bann, County Londonderry.

Over the past three years, we have recognised that the Irish Moiled breed will allow us to produce a quality, affordable beef in a sustainable way. We believe that now, and into the future, farming has an integral role to play in conservation and our environment of which we have a great appreciation for.
